Is that one of the little ones that don’t need a license?
Yup – and the only people who buy them….
1). Haven’t got a license because they’ve never been well co-ordinated enough to be able to pass their test or
2). Have passed their test but lost their license due to persistent drink-driving!
Either way – would you want to meet them on the road?
Believe me, this car is in reasonably good condition!

There was a nasty accident on the ring road around La Rochelle one Christmas. Mum and the children plus baby crammed in one to take Granny home and it gave up in the path of a lorry. They were all killed. You are righ,t they are owned and driven by people who wouldn’t normally get to drive a ‘real’ car
