End of Year Report
It's that time of the year where, I think, it pays to take a quick look back over the previous 12 months and try to identify the highlights (and lowlights, if any.)
I started the year feeling rather poorly and sorry for myself; I am ending it feeling somewhat less poorly and far more confident for whatever the coming year may bring.

So, here are some of the many highlights of 2008 (in no particular order.)
Typically French
I felt blessed by being able to capture this image on the way to a Sunday morning vide-greniers.
The Tent (Adventures in Camping)
My sides are still hurting from all the laughing that went on during the attempts to erect a simple tent back in August!
Josselin - Bastille Day
One of the most impressive days out that I have ever had. Everything was right for the celebration of July 14th 2008 - the weather, the spectacle and the crowded good humour of my favourite place on Earth.
Garlic and Oil
Garlic and Oil - what a wonderful combination!
Gone Fishing
Well, someone has to teach the boy how to fish - that's my excuse, anyway!
Oysters in the Garden
It felt somewhat naughty to be eating oysters in the garden in mid October.
A Visit to Half Acre Farm
Meeting friends has got to be the best way of spending a lazy Saturday afternoon.
What's planned for 2009
In 2009 I shall attempt to update the site far more regularly. I shall also be changing the layout of the site somewhat, in order to make it easier to use.
All the best... Keith
