Josh has a haircut
Josh has just come back from three weeks in England where he was learning French with my father.
The Girlie and I both agreed that three weeks away has done Josh the world of good and that he seems so much more grown up now.
I'm not really sure what my father did to him but, whatever it was, it certainly worked a treat!

Thus, it was obviously time for Josh to have his first grown up haircut at a proper hairdressers.
It was down to me, as surrogate father, to escort him - just in case that "Anything for the weekend, sir?" question came up!
The Girlie gave us strict instuctions as to what she wanted done.....
Which, of course, we immediately ignored!
As you can see - Joshy went for a modern and trendy cut.
As the Girlie used to be a hairdresser, she is going to cut me a pair of tramlines just like Joshy has got - as soon as I have fixed her electric razor.
So I changed the batteries on her electric razor and - lo and behold - it works fine - obviously, the Girlie is of the female persuasion and complex technical matters are a bit of a struggle for her!
Mind you, if she happens to read that last comment, she may try to do the tramlines with my old rusty cut-throat razor - and I may not be around to blog anymore!
If I do survive the ordeal - I'll put a photo up here!
Joshy and I went to my usual hairdresser (who occasionally helps out as a DJ at La Taverne), who is very reasonably priced and always seems to get it right (he also speaks good English as well!)
Guy Gorre can be found on the road that leads form Josselin town centre towards the Super U/Champion roundabout. His team also do women's hair as well.
The hairdresser and I both agreed that Joshy would have problems on Monday, at school, chasing off all the girls.
Joshy must be growing up (after all, he's only a few months away form being a teenager), as he agreed as well!
As we walked back through the market (so that Joshy could show off his new haircut), I did keep an eye out for any lust crazed girls but, they must have all been somewhere else and Josh and I got home unscathed!
All the best
Keith
