Hoopla Points

In France, when we make a mistake, we tend to say Hoopla! - although we don't pronounce the H.
This is the equivalent of Whoops-a-Daisies! - Although... "no-one has said Whoops-a-Daisies! for fifty years and even then, it was only little girls with blond ringlets!"
I, however, do say "Hoopla", quite a lot!
It's a disease I've got - it's a clinical thing. I'm taking pills and having injections - it won't last long!
Because of my recent illness (and the medications that I have to take), I have noticed a gradual (but progressive), disability to spell or use English Grammar correctly.
Thus, on this site, there are certain to be many Grammatical errors and Smelling Pistakes.
Rather than getting all Stressilcated about it, I have decided to reward anyone who points out these errors to me, with a super, end of the year, prize!
For every Hoopla! that is discovered (and emailed to me at Hoopla Alert!) - the discoverer will be awarded a Hoopla Point.
These will be logged in the Contributors section of the site... Contributors - site contributors and, at the end of the year, the person who has gained the most Hoopla Points will have the choice of a special prize......
Either a photo (in high resolution digital form), of me showing my bare botty (now - who would want that?) - to publish wherever they want, or.... a Litre of Ricard.
When you are ill (or disabled in any way - although my current disabilities are minor, compared to many people's), you have to be able to laugh at yourself and take everything in good humour.
Being the caring person that I am - I don't want anyone to have to suffer seeing my bare botty (other than the Girlie, that is - but then, she probably deserves that!)
Being the Stingy Git that I am, I really don't want to have to fork out for a Litre of Ricard, at the end of the year, (unless it's for myself and the Girlie, that is!)
Thus, what I'm trying to say is that... with the introduction of Hoopla Points on this site - I'll probably make a bit more of an effort to proof read and spell check what I am posting!
Good luck to anyone who wants to catch me out - just be aware that Hoopla Points only apply to the new BretonDiary.com - past errors (on the old site), should really be forgiven!
