Harvest Time…..
As the wheat has been harvested from the big field next door, the Girlie and I have popped over a couple of times to rake up the straw that has been left behind.
The chickies love this straw in their chickie house. They also like the heads of wheat that the combine harvester missed.
By the way, I do apologise for the size of my belly; both The Girlie and I have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the camera which is causing me to look so fat!
I suppose that I ought to mention that The Girlie has promised me that if I publish any of these photos, she’ll do horrible things to me that will leave me painfully and rather terminally dead!
So, I guess all I can hope for is to end up in some Spurs friendly heaven where we win 9-1 every week!

All the best

We have one of those cameras. Whatever the angle we are at least two stone overweight. I think it’s got something to do with the pixels.
Lesley – you’re absolutely right! The old instamatic I had twenty years ago made me look at least two stone lighter! I’m desperately looking for something which has the opposite of a Wide Angle lens? If it doesn’t exist, I’ll invent it!
I like your hat!
Hi SL – it’s my BIG Hat – especially bought for weddings (not that I ever get invited to any!!!!)
The Girlie’s given you the sack, at last. If you’re lucky, you might get a bit of whipping in to make sure you get it home. By the way, is it harder to remove wheals from blubber than the more normal, manly, taught look? G.
